I’m excited to share a gluten-free party menu of cozy fall comfort foods featuring McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes. The new line of gluten-free mixes tastes great and makes it simple to prepare flavorful, worry-free dishes for guests.

For a recent family gathering I put together this fall comfort food menu:
- Chili-spiced peanuts (recipe below)
- 3-ingredient creamy taco bean dip (recipe below)
- Turkey with turkey gravy
- Gluten-free dressing
- Pumpkin rice pudding
This menu keeps flavor front and center while removing gluten. The McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes are easy to use and free from gluten, MSG, and artificial colors or flavors, so they’re a reliable option for entertaining.

The gluten-free mix lineup includes:
- Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning Mix
- Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning Mix
- Gluten-Free Turkey Gravy Mix
- Gluten-Free Brown Gravy Mix
I have a serious fondness for spicy peanuts, so the chili seasoning was the perfect choice. These peanuts have a nice kick and are addictive—crispy, seasoned, and ideal for snacking while guests arrive.
I also made a simple, crowd-pleasing 3-ingredient bean dip that’s perfect for parties. It’s creamy, flavorful, and works well with either traditional or dairy-free cream cheese, so it accommodates different dietary needs.

Chili-Spiced Peanuts
1 package McCormick Gluten-Free Chili Seasoning Mix
3 cups dry roasted peanuts, unshelled
3 tsp vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 300°F. In a medium bowl, combine the chili seasoning, peanuts, and oil until evenly coated. Spread the peanuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment or sprayed lightly with nonstick spray. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Remove from the oven and transfer to paper towels to cool and absorb any excess oil. Let cool completely before serving.

3-Ingredient Creamy Taco Bean Dip
1 package McCormick Gluten-Free Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese (traditional or dairy-free)
1 can refried black beans
Place the cream cheese, refried beans, and taco seasoning in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 1-minute intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is warmed through and well combined. Serve warm with tortilla chips and fresh vegetables.
These McCormick Gluten-Free Recipe Mixes make it easy to offer great-tasting, gluten-free options without sacrificing convenience or flavor. They work well for weeknight dinners, potlucks, and holiday gatherings where guests may need gluten-free choices.
